The Bridal Atelier
Arrive like you.
A single gown, drawn, draped and constructed for one woman and one occasion — made entirely by hand in our Sydney atelier.
Book a one-on-one with Lillian →Our Philosophy
Each piece is thoughtfully made to capture the essence of your love story — so that you arrive like you, on your day.
Bespoke to you
A gown that could only be yours.
Your gown begins with you — the way you move, the way you dress, and the day you are dressing for. Nothing is drawn from a template or a size chart; every line is conceived for one woman and built precisely to her measure.
Bespoke, to us, is less a service than a philosophy. It asks for craftsmanship, patience and precision — the willingness to spend months on a garment so that it feels, finally, inevitable.

The Bespoke Experience
From first sketch to the day itself
Your gown takes shape over six considered stages — each an unhurried appointment with LK herself, refining structure, proportion and detail until the garment is complete.
Design Consultation
Your journey begins with an intimate, one-on-one session. Share a mood board; in the room, those ideas become a custom sketch, with fabric, lace and embellishment chosen against your individuality.
Pattern Development & Calico One
A custom pattern is drafted and your design is brought to life in calico — a first prototype that lets us read the garment's architecture before a thread of your fabric is cut.
Calico Two
Your second toile arrives with every note from the first fitting built in. Silhouette is confirmed through bust, waist, hip and neckline, and internal support is established. Once approved, your fabric is cut.
Real Fabric One
Your gown is cut and assembled in your chosen fabric — the first time you feel how the true material moves on your body. Draping begins, lace is placed, detailing takes form.
Real Fabric Two
Internal corsetry, boning and lining are integrated; lace, beading and draping are realised. Structure, embellishment and silhouette are brought into harmony on your body.
Final Fitting
Your one-of-a-kind gown is complete. The hem is finished, bustles are set, your veil is coordinated, and LK walks you through every detail before your piece is kept until your day.
Direct Access to the Designer
Every fitting with LK.
Five exclusive fittings, never handed down. From the first sketch to the final hem, you work directly with LK — two decades of couture expertise focused entirely on your gown.
It is a collaborative process, shaped around one woman and one occasion, in a calendar kept deliberately small.
The Craft
The hand behind the gown
Internal Corsetry
Hidden architecture that supports, shapes and holds — the engineering beneath the elegance.
01Hand Draping
Fabric worked directly on the form, so volume and fall are resolved by eye and hand.
02Finishing
Seams, linings and edges finished by hand — to the standard of the inside, not only the out.
03Hand-Applied Embellishment
Lace and beading placed individually, mapped to the body and to the light.
04Bespoke Pattern Making
Patterns drafted for one body — the true foundation of a custom fit.
05Precision Tailoring
Clean, exacting construction that gives the garment its line and quiet confidence.
06Considered Fabrics
Silks, laces and structural cloths chosen for movement and longevity.
07Sculptural Silhouette
Form considered in the round — made to move with you and hold all day.
08Timeframes
Unhurried by design
Couture cannot be rushed, and it need not be. Booking nine to twelve months ahead secures your place in the atelier calendar and leaves room for considered fabric sourcing and hand finishing.
