Your Order will only be processed between Mondays to Fridays and may take between ten (10) to fourteen (14) days, however the actual timing of delivery is always subject to and dependent on the Product, availability of goods and labour and any events outside of our control.
You agree and acknowledge that all orders may require a signature upon delivery and that PO Box addresses will not be accepted.

We work with various courier companies such as DHL, Flash Couriers, Aramex and Australia Post to ship our products directly to your door.
Your order is processed immediately after the order is placed, so we are unable to make any changes after an order has been placed.
The products will be shipped to the address you provided to us at check-out. We only ship orders during business days and do not arrange shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
In the event you have ordered multiple items, products may be shipped separately, and you may receive them on different dates.
